Brief info
Reporting to the executive director, is responsible for all operational aspects of the program to include facility maintenance, client well-being, counseling specific clients, leading group sessions, developing speaking engagements and other public affairs events. Provides liaison between SOZO and the church and local community. Trains and oversees residential manager and staff assistants, develops recreational activities for the clients.
